This review is from: Che-ez! FOXZ3: 3.2MP Ultra Thin Digital Camera - Silver with Blue (Toy) (...) We wanted a basic digital camera that our 8 year old could use to take pictures. What we got was a very high-tech looking toy that takes horrible pictures. As much as we tried to get a clear, crisp picture, it was not to be had. The slightest movement blurred the picture, and the flash simply washed out the entire picture in a wave of whiteness. Don't waste your money.

Great camera for kids to learn with, January 5, 2006 By = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: This review is from: Che-ez! FOXZ3: 3.2MP Ultra Thin Digital Camera - Silver with Blue (Toy) I bought 3 of these cameras for my daughters for Christmas. (they are 11, 8 and 6) They are having a great time taking pictures!! The camera is very simple. It does not have a lot of features which is exactly what I was looking for. Even my 6 year old can take a great picture. The camera has its own internal memory which is great. However, my kids are taking lots of pictures so if you don't want to constantly have to unload the pics from the camera onto your computer, I suggest buying a memory card. (you will still at some point either have to delete pictures or download them, but it won't be every day!)
All in all, this is a great camera for kids. I don't know if I would have paid full price for it though. (I got mine for about $40.00 each.)
We have had only one instance where the picture was completely whited out, and that was when my husband took a picture!! (and he was definitely standing too close to the subject!) The kids pictures have all come out great... Read more

I think this is a very good camera, I'm not too sure about durability because I've never dropped it but it seems like it could last at least a few drops. The front and back are made of metal (something I wasn't expecting, I thought it was just really shiny plastic). Anywho... to the point...
Pros: Good camera, large LCD screen, easy interface once you get used to it, works well especially outdoors, 16MB memory BUILT-IN, no need to buy a memory card, but I do suggest it.
Cons: Works pretty badly if you're in a badly lit room.. I know a lot of cameras do but I was in my uncle's house and the guy has like no windows and really light lighting. Any pictures I tried to take were mostly black unless I turned the flash on (that's the point eh?) but when I turned the flash on I do admit at times it did, as the first person said,... Read more
